Admin settings screen
This topic provides an overview of the Admin settings screen and all the settings and buttons on it.

Click to view and manage the email addresses used by OSS-ESPA which receive live location monitoring emails from operators. Refer to Smart Track settings screen for further information.
Click to define the account settings for the IQ packets. Refer to IQ packet settings and Admin IQ packet settings screens.
Click to manage and upload files that contain the MAC address details of stolen devices. Refer to Stolen devices screen for further information.
Click to upload intercept access point (IAP) and network element identification (NEID) information and manually edit metadata for IAP and NEID entries extracted from imported intercept messages. Refer to IAP System Manager screen for further information.
Click to open the X-Case data screen , which allows you to set the default value of Enable deconfliction (X-Case data search) when a case is first created.

Click to view all the users signed in to OSS-ESPA. If required you can disconnect users. Refer to View connected users screen and To disconnect a user for further information.
Click to create and manage the regions used in workflow email cases. Refer to Manage regions screen for further information.
Click to open the Navigation settings screen which allows you to create navigation menu templates and apply them to accounts.
Click to open the GAR Status screen to view data related to all your GAR units. Refer to GAR Status screen for further information.
Click to define the logo used on your OSS-ESPA display and in your IQ packets. Refer to Agency logo screen and Managing your agency logo for further information.
Click to open the External viewers settings screen. This screen allows you to set general and default settings associated with using the External Locations screen.
Click to open the External domains screen. This screen is used to manage which domains can access the External Locations screen.
Click to open the Registered viewers screen. This screen allows you to manage which people have access to the External Locations screen.
Click to open the Viewers usage report screen. This screen allows you to examine what people are viewing on the External Locations screen for a case.

Click to open the Sentinel discovery queue screen.
