Agency logo screen

This topic provides an overview of the Agency logo screen and all the settings and buttons on it. However if you require a step-by-step procedure on adding or removing your agency logo refer to Managing your agency logo.

NOTE: Depending on your type of account it may only be your administrator that can change the logo you use.

The Agency logo screen allows you to define the logo used on your OSS-ESPA display and in your IQ packets.

Click Select to upload a logo. Windows Explorer opens. Navigate to the folder and select the required logo file then click Open. Once uploaded click Save to apply the new logo, the logo then appears on the screen. All graphic file formats are supported.

The option to delete a logo is only applicable if there is a logo displaying on the screen. If there is not a logo displaying then you do not have one uploaded.

Click Save to apply the new logo, the logo then appears on the screen and is the one that will be used in your IQ packets.
