Registered viewers screen
This topic provides an overview of the Registered viewers screen and all the settings and buttons on it. However if you require step by step instructions on using this screen:

The Registered viewers screen is used to manage which people can access the External Locations screen, IQ packetreports, the OSS-SRN Express Portal and your missions on the G-Scout App. This provides additional security, as only people approved by the account's administrator can access them. You can add and immediately approve individual people from this screen.
NOTE: If you want to give access to all emails from the same domain then rather than use this screen you should use the External domains screen.
Use to filter what people are displayed on the screen based on their status: all, approved or denied.
Select to filter the people displayed on the screen based on whether or not they have access to your OSS-SRN Express Portal.
Select to filter the people displayed on the screen based on whether or not they have access to your G-Scout App missions.
Click to allow all people whose check-box is currently selected access to your OSS-SRN Express Portal.
Click to prevent all people whose check-box is currently selected access to your OSS-SRN Express Portal.
Click to allow all people whose check-box is currently selected access to your missions on the G-Scout App.
Click to prevent all people whose check-box is currently selected access to your missions on the G-Scout App.
Use to manage which people have access to the External Locations screen and the OSS-SRN Express Portal. You can use this to: approve or deny access.
If you want to add a person's email, then enter it in Email and select Approve.
