ELSUR Record Validation screen
This topic provides an overview of the ELSUR Record Validation screen and all the settings and buttons on it.
This feature requires option E14 Sentinel. If you do not have this option this feature is not available.
Overview
The ELSUR Record Validation screen provides you with a list of all your ELSUR validation cases and gives you access to the screens used to configure OSS-ESPA's ELSUR Record Validation. It also provides access to the screen which displays the ELSUR record validation results.

Settings and buttons
Your validation cases
This displays all your ELSUR validation cases including those you are assigned to, and allows you to switch on and off the scheduled ELSUR validation for each case. If you are an administrator then this displays all the ELSUR validation cases on your OSS-ESPA account.
Edit
Click to open the Validation settings screen for the selected case. This screen allows you to manage the case validation settings. It also allows you to define the notification method for each type of alert.
Enable selected
Click if you want to start performing the scheduled ELSUR validation on the cases you have the check-box selected for in the table above.
Disable selected
Click if you want to stop the scheduled ELSUR validation being performed on the cases you have the check-box selected for in the table above.
Validate selected now
Click if you want to immediately perform ELSUR validation on the cases you have the check-box selected for in the table above.
Template management
Create validation references
Click to create ELSUR record validation references. Refer to Create validation references screen and How to create an ELSUR validation reference for further information.
Create validation groups
Click to create ELSUR record validation groups. Refer to Create validation groups screen and How to create an ELSUR validation group for further information.
View or edit validation references
Click to view or edit ELSUR record validation references and groups. Refer to View or edit validation references screen, How to edit an ELSUR validation reference and How to edit an ELSUR validation group for further information.
Import or export validation references
Click to import or export validation references between OSS-ESPA accounts. Refer to Import or export validation references screen, How to export ELSUR validation references and How to import ELSUR validation references for further information.
Audit trail
Validation results
Click to view and manage the ELSUR record validation results. Refer to Validation results screen and Viewing, exporting and deleting ELSUR validation results for further information.
