Info sharing agreement screen
This topic provides an overview of the Info sharing agreement screen and all the settings and buttons on it. However if you require a step-by-step procedure on setting up an agreement refer to How to set up an info sharing agreement.
Note: This screen is only applicable to administrators and accounts configured with option E26 SRN.
The Info sharing agreement screen allows you to manage agreements between other agencies which allows both the inbound and outbound searches of the data in each others account. Once an agreement is set up, when a user enters a search using the Deconfliction search screen the search is performed on all the agency agreements that are enabled with an outbound search. Searches can be performed on: license plates, names, phone numbers and social media data. The search results are returned by email, typically within five minutes. An email is received from each agency along with a final summary email that combines all the agency results. Where a match is found, the case owner's email is included so that you can contact them if required.
The table lists all the agreements that you have, and allows you to edit, enable, disable and approve each agreement. Either New agreement or Edit agreement: <agency name> is displayed at the top of the screen depending on whether or not you have an agency selected.
