How do I obtain subscriber information on a phone?

Is the case exigent?
Exigent is defined and applied differently by each cellular service provider, however generally speaking there must be an immediate threat to life or great bodily injury for the case to be considered exigent. If a case is treated as exigent then you will normally receive your request within one hour but typically, in most cases, it is immediately. If a case is not treated as exigent then it may take up to 30 days. If a case is not exigent but you want your request actioned quickly then you can pay the cellular service provider for an expediated service and you will normally receive your request within 24 hours. There is not one set fee for this expediated service, it varies per cellular service provider.

The forms can be filled in electronically therefore it is recommended that you save your own copy with the standard information completed, for example your name and phone number, so that you do not need to complete this information each time you use the form.
- ATT can be contacted by phone (800) 635-6840 or if you prefer you can use the ATT exigent form
- Sprint exigent form
- TMobile and MetroPCS exigent form
- Verizon exigent form
- Tracfone exigent form
- Once complete, email or fax your exigent request form to the cellular service provider. Contact information can be obtained here.
- Call the cellular service provider to confirm they received the request and that they understand it is exigent.
- The cellular service provider may ask question to confirm if your stated exigency meets their internal guidelines.

- Make sure to request that the cellular service provider send the GPS pings to the Gladiator email address. All other records should go to your government email address.

To stop GPS pings early you must contact the operator.
- For T-Mobile use the T-Mobile Early Termination Form.
- For Sprint it is recommended that you contact Sprint to set up a Sprint L-Site account then you will be able to stop the GPS pings online using your account.
It is recommended that you use the Google Chrome browser, although Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox are also supported.
