Requesting a Target Development IQ Packet
This topic describes how to generate a Target development IQ packet.
-
On the main menu click Other links, then click Target development.
The Target development screen opens.
-
Ensure the filters are set for the data you want to include in your IQ packet. You can select to include one or more cases.
NOTE: The IQ packet contains the same structure of information for both mission types. That is, one slide per location which lists the top seven most used IMSIs recorded at the location. For "Identify target at same location", all the locations are used. For "Identify target at multiple locations" you can select which locations you want to use.
-
Ensure Use whitelist is selected so that IMSIs that are of no interest to your investigation are not included in your IQ packet.
-
Click Request IQ packet.
The Target development IQ packet settings dialog box opens.
-
By default your IQ packet is generated in Microsoft PowerPoint. You can also select to include Microsoft Excel attachments of the full target development analysis which allow you to analyze the data further if required, such as examining all the IMSIs recorded at the location. The Microsoft Excel attachments are embedded in the respective slides of the Microsoft PowerPoint output.
-
In Whitelisted phones, select if you want to include the list of whitelisted phones in the IQ packet's Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel outputs.
-
Once an IQ packet is complete it is available to view in IQ packets (reports) on the Manage case screen.
NOTE: If you selected multiple cases the IQ packet is only available in the first case you selected, and the IQ packet name is only prefixed with the first case name.
