RTT data display options dialog box
This topic describes the purpose of the RTT data display options dialog box and all the settings and buttons on it.
This feature requires option E7 Advanced CDRs. If you do not have this option this dialog box is not available.
Overview
The RTT data display options dialog box allows you to select whether to show all the RTT records on the RTT data tab, only show those records associated with the call you currently have selected on either the CDR data tab or the Timeline tab, or to only show those that currently have their check-box selected.
Settings and buttons
Show RTT records for selected CDR
Select if you only want to display the RTT records for the call you currently have selected on either the CDR data tab or the Timeline tab.
The following graphic shows a call that is selected on the CDR data tab (to select the call click it and it will highlight in gray). The RTT data tab only displays the RTT data associated with the selected CDR record.
Show all RTT records
Select if you want to display all the RTT records on the RTT data tab regardless of what call is selected on either the CDR data tab or the Timeline tab.
Show selected RTT
Select if you only want to display the selected RTT records on the RTT data tab. For example, this setting is useful if you are using polygons and have selected Select all arcs inside the polygon as it then filters what is displayed on the RTT tab to only show the RTT records of current interest.
Apply
Click to apply any changes you have made. The dialog box closes automatically. The RTT data tab is automatically updated with the new settings.
Cancel
Click to close the dialog box.
