Handover data display options dialog box
This topic describes the purpose of the Handover data display options dialog box and all the settings and buttons on it.
This feature requires option E7 Advanced CDRs. If you do not have this option this feature is not available.
Overview
The Handover data display options dialog box allows you to select whether to show all the handover records in the HO data tab or only to show those records associated with the call you currently have selected on either the CDR data tab or the Timeline tab.
Settings and buttons
Show Handover records for selected CDR
Select if you only want to display the handover records for the call you currently have selected on either the CDR data tab or the Timeline tab.
The following graphic shows a CDR record that is selected on the CDR data tab (to select the CDR record click it and it will highlight in gray). The HO data tab only displays the handover data for the sectors associated with the selected CDR record.
Show all handover records
Select if you want to display all the handover records on the HO data tab regardless of what call is selected on either the CDR data tab or the Timeline tab.
Apply
Click to apply any changes you have made. The dialog box closes automatically. The HO data tab is automatically updated with the new settings.
Cancel
Click to close the dialog box.
