Edit contact notification dialog box
This topic describes the purpose of the Edit contact notification dialog box, how to access it and all the settings and buttons on it.
This feature requires option E10 Live location monitoring. If you do not have this option this screen is not available.
Overview
The Edit contact notification dialog box allows you to add and edit the contact details for people who do not have OSS-ESPA accounts but who you require to receive the recurrent IQ packet notifications, and live location monitoring notifications and reports. For live location monitoring, it also allows you to select the additional methods, other than email, by which the person receives the notifications, that is phone call, and SMS message notifications.

Settings and buttons
Name
This setting is mandatory. Enter the name of the contact.
Country code
This setting is only applicable for live location monitoring notifications.
If you want additional notification by SMS or Call then you must enter the country code.
Phone
This setting is only applicable for live location monitoring notifications.
If you want additional notification by SMS or Call then you must enter the contact's phone number.
e-mail
This setting is mandatory. Enter the email of the contact.
Notifications
This setting is only applicable for live location monitoring notifications.
Select the additional methods by which the contact wants to be notified.
Cancel
Click to close the dialog box without applying any changes you may have made.
OK
Click to apply any changes you have made. The dialog box closes automatically. The contacts name is displayed on the appropriate screen, either Smart Track alerts & notifications screen or Recurrent IQ packet screen.
