Managing field units
This topic describes how to manage which field units appear on the Sentinel screen.
Field units are configured so that their trail data is loaded automatically into OSS-ESPA. These field data files then automatically appear on the Manage field units screen where you can manage whether or not the field trails appear on the Sentinel screen.
Gladiator Forensics has configured your field units to load the trail data automatically.
NOTE: The Manage field units screen and the GAR drive management screen are completely independent of each other. This means a GAR unit's drive trail automatically appears on the Manage field units screen without the need for you to approve it on the GAR drive management screen. It also means that deleting a GAR drive trail on one screen does not delete it on the other screen, for example deleting a GAR drive trail on the Manage field units screen does not delete the GAR drive trail from the GAR drive management screen so the drive trail will still be available for use in cell coverage analyses.
